We are here to help you!

All projects, big or small, should receive adequate and professional Project Management attention.

What is PMO?

Define and maintain standards for project management

Project Management Office (PMO) governs the standards, documentation, lessons-learned, training and metrics that are applicable for project execution within the company. Any organization with more than one (1) project can profit from a PMO! Using an independent PMO will allow a fresh look at the project portfolio and will in addition make sure that company internal politics does not come in the way of sound project management principles.

The arrow is pointing up, towards the sun! What could be more appropriate than this picture showing the 50 MW plant of Flisom AG, supplier of Flexible Solar Panels. The Swiss ETH spin-off contacted Odin Projects in the spring of 2019, which resulted in a long term support agreement for the Project Management of the new production facility located in Kecskemet, Hungary. Needless to say we had our share of challenges, with the Covid 19 crisis hitting us in the middle of the project, before any of the key equipment were delivered to site. However, through pro-active Project- and Risk Management, working as a team, we were able to finalize the installation with little or no impact on schedule and budget.

Rahul Budhwar, CEO Flisom AG: "Many thanks Staffan for your leadership and support. Without your help, we would not have achieved what we did."
